We aim for above-and-beyond customer service. For any technical questions about your Beldos depositor, call or send us an email so we can help you find the right solution that same day. We’ll even come to you — on-site service is part of the Beldos customer service package.
We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Ship the depositor to us and, if it’s found to have a defect, we’ll send a replacement at no charge.
