What It Does:
Frozen products require equipment that handles cold temperatures without performance issues. This specialized version includes a 15L hopper with cooling jacket that maintains product temperature during depositing, preventing premature melting that affects portioning accuracy and product quality.
The 2-lobe impeller design (instead of standard 6-tooth gear) provides gentler handling appropriate for frozen products. Additional pressure disc options (both synthetic and stainless steel) accommodate different product densities and temperatures.
